A bombshell investigative report discovered that far-left Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and other members of Congress paid thousands of dollars to a Chinese foreign agent.
The money was sent to a Chinese-owned entity and was listed as an “advertising expense” during the midterm election cycle.
AOC’s campaign cash ended up in the hands of Sing Tao U.S., which is a subsidiary of the Hong Kong-based Sing Tao News Corporation Ltd.

Many Americans believe this is a clear example of foreign election interference, which is landing AOC in hot water.
The Chinese Communist Party strictly controls media outlets in the country, which prevents Sing Tao from operating independently. Sing Tao claims it is not influenced by the Chinese Communist Party.
The Council on Foreign Relations lists China as among the “world’s most restrictive media environments.”

Back in August 2021, the Department of Justice intervened and forced the Chinese company to register as a Chinese foreign agent.

Financial records show AOC made the payments along with two other Democrats, Kevin Mullin of California and Grace Meng of New York, as well as one Republican, Nicole Malliotakis of New York.
