BREAKING: Big Update on Arizona Audit, State Senate Just Served Maricopa County New Round of Subpoenas

Another round of subpoenas has been served.

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors received another round of subpoenas, according to the Vice Chair Bill Gates.

Gates confirmed this information while appearing on CNN.

ABC reporter Garrett Archer wrote to Twitter, “JUST IN. According to @billgatesaz appearance on CNN, the Arizona State Senate has served the @maricopacounty BOS with another round of #azaudit subpoenas.”

Archer has been closely following Arizona elections, the report adds.

CNN’s Erin Burnett also reported the news, saying “Another subpoena in Arizona. Republican state senate just served Maricopa Board of Supervisors with 3rd subpoena demanding election ‘routers’.”

The Arizona State Senate first demanded that Maricopa County turn over the routers and passwords for voting machines used in the 2020 election, Kyle Becker of Becker News writes. “The county turned over neither,” he continued. “The Arizona State Senate called an emergency session, which the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors responded to.”

A statement on the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors’ website reads: “The emergency is due to the Senate indicating that they would take action against the County and Supervisors if the County does not provide passwords it does not have, and routers that could allow access to sensitive law enforcement data, as well as protected health information and personal data of county citizens.”

More from the report at Becker News:

The possibility that Maricopa County did not even have the passwords to the voting machines, while a private company did, appears to be an abuse of public trust. Furthermore, the refusal to provide the routers demanded by the Arizona state senate raises even more red flags. Just the News reported on the matter.

“Officials in Arizona’s Maricopa County are withholding materials subpoenaed by the state legislature as part of its audit of the county’s 2020 election, claiming that surrendering them would constitute a security risk for both law enforcement and federal agencies,” the report stated.

Maricopa County responded to the independent audit update provided to the Arizona Senate. It attempted to explain discrepancies that were brought up by the audit team, including Cyber Ninjas’ CEO Doug Logan.

TRENDING 👇 Trump Deal Massive Blow to Bush Family

Former President Donald Trump has officially endorsed Ken Paxton over George P. Bush in the state’s Republican attorney general primary.

Trump said Paxton is a “true Texan who will keep Texas safe” and praised the attorney general for his stances on crime, guns, border security and “election integrity.”

“Attorney General Ken Paxton has been bravely on the front line in the fight for Texas, and America, against the vicious and very dangerous Radical Left Democrats, and the foolish and unsuspecting RINOs that are destroying our Country,” Trump continued. “It is going to take a PATRIOT like Ken Paxton to advance America First policies in order to Make America Great Again,” Trump said.

This decision snubs the Bush family. George P. Bush is the son of Trump’s former GOP primary rival Jeb Bush. Jeb Bush was heavily critical of Trump and notoriously chose not to endorse Trump for president in 2016.
