Breaking: Dr. Fauci Finally Caught In His Huge Lie

Dr. Anthony Fauci has lied to the American people on a variety of issues.

Back in July, Senator Rand Paul announced that he referred Dr. Anthony Fauci to the Department of Justice for criminal investigation after Fauci allegedly lied to Congress.

Paul explains that the National Institutes of Health (NIH) funded a gain-of-function grant to EcoHealth Alliance titled “Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence.”

It was partially carried out at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

900 pages of documents have been obtained on that research. This proves that the NIH funded gain-of-function research on coronaviruses via EcoHealth Alliance and the Wuhan lab.

“Fauci molded his denial to include the qualifier that nothing that was funded could have possibly led to the pandemic (as if that would excuse handing money to the Chinese communists for gain-of-function research),” RedState reported.

“Fauci simply lied to a Senate committee and to the American public,” the report added.

In a newly released letter, a top National Institute of Health official admitted taxpayers helped fund gain-of-function research on bat coronaviruses.

The official notes that EcoHealth Alliance, which helped funnel money to the Wuhan lab “failed to report” findings “required by the terms of the grant.”

Dr. Richard Ebright, a molecular biologist at Rutgers University, who was critical of Dr. Anthony Fauci’s gain-of-function testimony in front of the Senate back in May where Fauci claimed, during an exchange with Sen. Rand Paul that “the NIH [National Institutes of Health] has not ever and does not now fund gain of function research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology [WIV],” writes that Wednesday’s letter “corrects untruthful assertions” from Fauci and former NIH director Dr. Francis Collins.

Ebright tweeted Wednesday that the letter sent by Lawrence A. Tabak of the NIH to Republican Rep. James Comer shows that “untruthful assertions by NIH Director Collins and NIAID Director Fauci that NIH had not funded gain-of-function research in Wuhan.”

“HHS Deputy admits Fauci’s NIH funded gain-of-function research in Wuhan but says it was ‘an unexpected result,’” Sen. Paul tweeted Thursday morning. “If the experiment combines unknown viruses and tests their ability to infect and damage humanized cells, of course the result is ‘unknown’ before the experiment.

“But it is not ‘unexpected’ that the virus gains in function it is simply ‘unknown.’

“So, if this type of experiment created a virus that had 50% mortality (like MERS which they have experimented with in Wuhan), that result would be ‘unknown’ before the experiment but not ‘unexpected.’”

On Fox News, host Sean Hannity said to Sen. Rand Paul, “You kicked off your questioning of Dr. Fauci emphasizing federal law makes lying to Congress a felony punishable by up to five years in prison. Is it your belief based on the evidence, senator, that he lied before Congress and broke the law?”

Paul responded, “Yes, and I will be sending a letter to the Department of Justice asking for a criminal referral because he has lied to Congress.” Video circulated online of Facui “literally shaking” as Paul confronted him with explosive allegations about past statements.

In a written letter, Paul delivered the referral to Attorney General Merrick Garland. Paul alleges that Fauci lied to Congress about funding dangerous gain-of-function research.

Here’s Rand Paul pointing out that he was right and Fauci lied:

In short, the research that was done absolutely could have led to the creation of the COVID-19 virus that has killed millions of people and wrecked economies and civil liberties across the globe. There’s way too much here to just be coincidence, in my view, especially since we’ve yet to garner any evidence that COVID came from nature, having been spread to humans via a Chinese wet market.

Then we get to the damning conclusion, which is that Fauci absolutely lied to Congress when he repeatedly denied that grant funding went to gain-of-function research, including involving coronaviruses.

Yet, we are continually told to trust Fauci, not just by the government, but by throngs of “journalists” in the media as well. The embattled bureaucrat was just on with CNN’s Jim Acosta last weekend speaking untruths about ICU beds and promoting booster shots. Fauci continues to be a media darling even as his credibility crumbles around him.

The American people deserve accountability. Fauci has not only been a terrible manager and messenger during the COVID-19 pandemic but he is tied to research that possibly led to the creation of the pandemic in the first place. That should not be ignored any longer. That this man still has a job is a national travesty, and that he keeps sitting on his high horse, lecturing others as if his hands aren’t dirty is a gross spectacle of government corruption and manipulation.
