Musk Announces ‘Round 2’ of Twitter Files Showing Company Suppressed Hunter Biden Laptop

The liberal media is having a collective meltdown over the release of “The Twitter Files” by Elon Musk.

The evidence shows the social media giant colluded with Democrats to silence Americans and squash the Hunter Biden laptop story just before the November 2020 presidential election.

In an attempt to downplay the significance of this story, left-wing outlets like They Daily Beast suggests the evidence is “overhyped” and “deeply underwhelming.”

CNN published a report claiming Twitter employees merely “debated how to handle” the Hunter Biden story, and that this information “was already known about the incident.”

In reality, much of this information was never before made public.

Musk released internal emails showing that Biden’s campaign team instructed Twitter employees to remove politically inconvenient content in October 2020, just weeks before the election.

“More to review from the Biden team,” one email read from a Twitter employee with five tweet URLs. “Thanks all.”

“Handled these,” another Twitter employee responded.

Twitter employees were ready and available to help Democrats for political purposes.

Twitter even locked White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany out of her account for sharing content about the Hunter Biden story.

Musk said this was merely the “first installment” of a series that Twitter is releasing under Musk’s leadership.

“Tune in for Episode 2 of The Twitter Files tomorrow!” Musk said.

“What you’re about to read is the first installment in a series, based upon thousands of internal documents obtained by sources at Twitter,” Substack journalist Matt Taibbi said.

More from Fox News:

The emails show some employees challenged the censoring of certain posts, saying they did not specifically violate any of the company’s policies.

The New York Post initially broke the Hunter Biden emails story after Biden’s laptop was provided to a computer repair shop in his home state of Delaware in April 2019.

The laptop itself included thousands of emails between Hunter Biden and his business partners. One message, from April 2015, allegedly shows a Burisma board member thanking Hunter for setting up a meeting with President Biden.

Congressional Republicans have repeatedly said they intend to investigate the alleged pay-to-play antics the emails seemed to suggest.
