California police have released photos and videos of Paul Pelosi showing his alleged slurred speech and inability to balance himself without holding onto the patrol car.

The disgraced husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and causing injury in a major collision.

Passengers in the other vehicle sustained multiple injuries. One passenger, identified as “Doe,” began suffering pain in his upper right arm, right shoulder and neck the day after the crash. Doe also complained of headaches and said it was difficult to lift things with his right arm.

WATCH:

Pelosi, who is worth over $100 million, accepted an agreement that includes a jail term of five days. However, he is receiving credit for four days in jail and the remaining day will be covered by an 8-hour work program.

According to court documents, Pelosi was allegedly “under the combined influence of an alcoholic beverage and a drug.”

“He was unsteady on his feet, his speech was slurred, and he had a strong odor of an alcohol beverage emanating from his breath,” the complaint alleges.

Pelosi was driving his 2021 Porsche, which is reportedly worth over $100,000, when he crashed into a 2014 Jeep causing “major collision damage.”

MORE:

Officers said that Pelosi even tried to hand over a “police courtesy card” in a desperate attempt to avoid arrest.

Responding officers arrived on the scene to find Pelosi in the driver’s seat.

When asked for his ID, Pelosi also handed his “11-99 Foundation” card, which is a California Highway Patrol charity that supports officers and provides scholarships for their children.

The driver and passenger in the other vehicle sustained injuries. One passenger, identified as “Doe,” began suffering pain in his upper right arm, right shoulder and neck the day after the crash. Doe also complained of headaches and said it was difficult to lift things with his right arm.

Pelosi’s sentence also includes a three-month drunk driving program, one year with an ignition interlock device, restitution payments, and three years of probation.

As part of the agreement, Pelosi pleaded guilty to violating California Vehicle Code 23153(a), and a second charge was dismissed in the interest of justice.

Pelosi was not present in court, but his lawyer for the speaker’s husband, Amanda Bevins, appeared on his behalf in a Napa County, California, court.

Pelosi initially pleaded not guilty to two charges earlier this month after he allegedly hit another vehicle while driving drunk on May 28. His 2021 Porsche and the other driver’s 2014 Jeep sustained “major collision damage” in the crash, and responding officers found Pelosi in his driver’s seat in his damaged car near the intersection of California Route 29 and Oakville Cross Road.

According to court documents, Pelosi gave the responding officers his California Highway Patrol 11-99 (CHP 11-99) Foundation — a pro-police charity — membership card when pulled over. The organization told Fox News Digital earlier this month that it was reviewing Pelosi’s membership due to the incident.

Pelosi was later arraigned on a pair of misdemeanor charges in a case that typically begins with a felony booking. According to investigators and Bevins, the speaker’s husband was “cite released” from Napa County Department of Corrections custody — meaning he did not actually have to pay bail to go home. He is currently free on his own recognizance.
