A recent poll suggests that a majority of Americans, including many Democrats, believe that President Joe Biden is heavily influenced by former President Barack Obama.

The survey, conducted by Rasmussen Reports, revealed that 63 percent of likely voters think Obama is impacting Biden’s administration, with 56 percent of Democrats concurring.

The poll indicated that Obama is more favorably viewed than Biden.

Rasmussen reported, “A majority of voters think former President Barack Obama is influencing President Joe Biden’s administration, and agree with a GOP congressman’s claim that Biden is really a ‘puppet’ for progressives.”

The findings have sparked discussions about the influence of former presidents and their roles after leaving office.

Rep. Mike Kelly said, “President Obama himself said he was going to stay in Washington until his daughter graduated.”

“I think we ought to pitch in to let him go someplace else, because he is only there for one purpose and one purpose only, and that is to run a shadow government that is going to totally upset the new agenda,” he continued.
