Supreme Court Stabs Trump In the Back: ‘I Was Very Disappointed’

The Supreme Court enjoys a conservative majority thanks to President Donald Trump.

With Trump’s appointments, the high court added justices Brett Kavanaugh, Amy Coney Barrett and Neil Gorsuch. This created a conservative majority alongside Chief Justice John Roberts, Justice Samuel Alito, and Justice Clarence Thomas.

However, the court proceeded to stab Trump in the back.

“I fought very hard for them,” Trump explained. “But I was very disappointed with a number of their rulings.”

Kavanaugh and Barrett notoriously sided with liberals to uphold Obamacare.

Both Alito and Gorsuch disagreed and argued that Obamacare should be declared unconstitutional.

Ultimately, the Supreme Court ruled 7-2 in favor of upholding Obamacare.

18 red states led by Texas were shot down as they fought against the radical left-wing legislation of the Obama administration.

“Second guessing does no good,” Trump said when asked if he has second thoughts about nominating Kavanaugh and Barrett.

Fortunately, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade and effectively ended the recognition of a constitutional right to abortion. This gave individual states the power to allow, limit, or ban the practice of abortion.

Trump celebrated the news by saying the ruling “will work out for everybody” as each state can decide its own limitation on the controversial termination of an unborn human being.

“This is following the Constitution, and giving rights back when they should have been given long ago,” Trump responded. “I think, in the end, this is something that will work out for everybody.”

“This brings everything back to the states where it has always belonged,” Trump said.

Justice Samuel Alito wrote, “We end this opinion where we began. Abortion presents a profound moral question. The Constitution does not prohibit the citizens of each State from regulating or prohibiting abortion. Roe and Casey arrogated that authority. We now overrule those decisions and return that authority to the people and their elected representatives,” he continued.

This ruling comes in a decision over Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. A Mississippi law had banned abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy, which was challenged by leftists.

A lower court ruling stopped this 15-week abortion ban from taking place. The state of Mississippi asked the Supreme Court to review this lower court ruling.

It appears that liberals will soon regret their efforts to stop Mississippi from implementing the abortion ban after 15 weeks of pregnancy after this challenge ultimately ended up in the Supreme Court where they overturned Roe v. Wade’s impact across all 50 U.S. states.
