Jason Aldean doubled down on his refusal to apologize for his or his wife’s political views, according to Fox News.

Earlier in the week, Jason defended his wife Brittany Aldean’s decision to wear an “Anti Biden Social Club” shirt that stirred up both criticism and support on social media.

On Friday, he reinforced his stance and defense of his wife on Instagram.

“I will never apologize for my beliefs or my love for my family and country” wrote the country star on Instagram.

Stamped with “#unapologetic” Aldean also wrote; “This is the greatest country in the world and I want to keep it that way.”

Aldean’s posted a photo of his silhouette in front of an American flag displayed on a large screen from one of his concerts. He is currently on tour playing with opening acts like Hardy and Lainey Wilson.

Hardy joined in the comments on Instagram writing; “You’re d— right.”

Aldean was inundated by support on social media.

“I’m so happy someone is standing up for America!” wrote a fan, while another commented; “USA keep our freedoms.”

“nothing but respect for you. we need more people like you to stand up for what we believe in,” encouraged another Aldean fan.

Brittany Aldean also posted pictures of their children wearing shirts that mocked Joe Biden in the previous week, that generated a controversy. The two kids were posted holding hands while wearing “Hidin’ from Biden” shirts.

DaddyT-45 is the site selling the anti-Biden merchandise, which seems to be a site that supports former president Donald Trump.

Jason is not wearing anything with political references in the photos, but he did comment in support of a photo of his son wearing the “Hidin’ from Biden” shirt and defend his wife after she received criticism for the post and accused of using her children as “political props”.

According to the Washington Post, Alsodean said to the social media critic; “Watch ur mouth lady! We will teach our kids what we think is right and what we think is best for their future.”

Adding; “If you think what is happening right now is ‘great’ for the future of our kids and grandkids, u are delusional!”

“Definitely better than what we got now! Please tell me one thing that the current administration has done that is positive? Just 1!!!” challenged the musician.

Brittany has posted images in the past on social media that showed support for Donald Trump, even after the election. During Trump’s initial challenges to the election, she worse a sweatshirt that said “… STILL MY PRESIDENT,” which spawned criticism from those that believed that she should not be advertising those particular beliefs on such a large platform.

Brittany has stated that even though her posts get publicly criticized, she feels empowered by the amount of private messages that she receives from people who do not feel comfortable being open about their right wing beliefs.

“I personally don’t give a d— if people don’t agree with me. I think it’s important now more than ever to stand for what you believe, even if it ‘goes against the grain.’ Do your research, and form your own opinion – speak out if you wish. But most importantly, don’t bully people who feel differently than you.” Brittany declared during a social media Q&A.
