Will Rittenhouse Sue Biden?

During an interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity, Wendy Rittenhouse criticized Joe Biden for falsely smearing her son.

When asked whether she plans on suing those who have lied about Kyle, she provided a very short answer.

“Our lawyers are gonna handle that,” Wendy said.

“Wendy Rittenhouse, though, would not be drawn on saying whether or not her family planned to bring a defamation lawsuit against critics, depending on the outcome of the trial,” Fox News reports.

There have been widespread lies pushed about Rittenhouse, not only by Joe Biden but also several major news networks.

Many Americans remember that Nick Sandmann settled a $250 million lawsuit against CNN after the network was accused of lying about him while attending a Kentucky Catholic high school.

CNN was forced to settle.

Roughly one year ago, Biden is accused of casting her son as a racist and White supremacist despite having no knowledge of who Kyle Rittenhouse is.

“When I saw that I was shocked, I was angry,” Wendy Rittenhouse began.

“President Biden don’t know my son whatsoever, and he’s not a White supremacist,” she continued.

“He’s not a racist. And [Biden] did that for the votes,” she said.

“And I was so angry for a while at him and what he did to my son, he defamed him,” Wendy Rittenhouse said.

Amid the three nights of violent riots that rocked Wisconsin in August 2020, Wendy drove her son to Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Businesses were destroyed as law enforcement is accused of failing to protect people’s property.

17-year-old Rittenhouse arrived to assist a local business owner in defending his car dealership that suffered $1.5 million in damages.

Rittenhouse is currently charged with one count of first-degree intentional homicide as well as other charges in the aftermath of riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Rittenhouse, who is 18 years old now, says he was defending himself from violent protesters during the riots.

The riots occurred after a police officer shot 29-year-old Jacob Blake. Blake was armed with a knife and ignored orders from law enforcement. Blake had a warrant for his arrest for charges of third-degree sexual assault and other charges.

More from Fox News:

At trial, the prosecution tried to convey that the defendant went to the riots and had a gun with him because he intended to use it. The defendant pleaded not guilty to all charges and testified that he fired his weapon, all eight times, in self-defense…

Wendy said when she watched the tape shown at trial, “I see this man trying to kick my son in the face …. When I look at the video with that guy pointing a gun to my son’s head, I thought: he was going to die”…
Host Sean Hannity asked if Wendy believed her son received a fair trial.

“The judge is very fair. The people that I talked to that lived in Kenosha all their lives. They told me that Judge Schroeder is a very fair judge and he doesn’t allow no nonsense [sic] in his courtroom.”
