‘Where Is Everybody?’ Damaging Video of Biden at Bill Signing Ceremony Is Going Viral

“Where is everybody?” Joe Biden asked during a bill signing ceremony.

“It’s my honor to sign an executive order,” Biden began.

“A couple of my friends are going to be coming out here, I’m told, cabinet members,” he said.

“But, you know, can we go? Where is everybody?” he asked.

“Jill — Jill’s here, the attorney general, we’ve got them all. Everybody’s here,” Biden said.

“I don’t know what was going on back there, but I — we’re all here.,” he continued.

“OK. I was worried you won’t come out. Good to see you. All right.”

This certainly isn’t the first time that Biden appears to lose track of things while speaking publicly.

Critics have argued at length that Biden is suffering from a rapid mental decline.

Speaking at the EU-US summit, Biden appears to confuse himself while reading notes. “This is just embarrassing,” Kyle Becker wrote in reaction to the moment.

“Uhh, I’ve said before and I apologize for the confusion,” he began.

“Oh, I didn’t… that’s my national security adviser,” he rambled. “We’ve got a lot of people here, I apologize,” Biden said.

“I’m going to get in trouble, but… anyway, we’ll get back to that. But, umm, uhh, we umm, uhh, you know, there’s a lot that, uhh, that is, it it it it is…”

As Biden took a tour of Louisiana following hurricane Ida, he appears to get lost.

“Biden didn’t seem to understand where he was supposed to go and what he was supposed to do after the speaking event,” Becker News writes.

A staffer tries to direct him by saying, “This way, sir.

However, Biden disregards him and continues to wander in the opposite direction.
